Having one to one yoga sessions with Emma is wonderful. Not only does she help my body but also my mind to calm and find my zen whilst toning. 
An hour of pure bliss, not always easy but I love that she encourages me to go further. Emma is so thoughtful and encouraging, always asking how the movements feel and tailoring each session to my needs. I feel so confident in my moves and love every second learning from her. I look forward to this hour every week, its the ultimate self care. The kindest and most knowledgeable yoga teacher.

Emma is an excellent teacher who puts you at ease with her warmth and humour. Her classes are energising and fun. Emma is great at letting you know how far to go in a pose if you have injuries/weaknesses, which is really helpful. I also really like the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered. I enjoy feeling like I’ve had a workout but also surprisingly chilled out. I always sleep well after a yoga session with Emma!

Having never practised yoga before, I was very nervous about starting, but within a couple of minutes of being in the first class, Emma put me at ease with her warm personality. Her classes are of mixed ability and being a big lady myself I can manage a lot of the moves. If I can't then there is a different level of moves. The classes are informative and so relaxing. I come away feeling great and grounded. It works well for my mental health too.

Emma is a delight to practice with – her passion for Yoga shines through and Emma has such a natural way of sharing her learnings to help you enjoy your own practice. Emma is brilliant at delivering a yoga session with carefully selected sequences and flows that cater for varying levels of ability, and always guides you by giving variations of the posture. This is great as it puts you at ease to push yourself as much or as little as you choose, without feeling pressure to keep up with the rest of the class. ‘Having suffered with lower back and neck problems for years I was recommended to try yoga, I started a search and came across love yoga, messaging Emma I discussed the benefits. 
Emma reassured me that it was a very open and welcoming class and suitable for all levels of ability and put no pressure on me to attend regularly but recommended this would help with the benefits
I have now been attending for over 9 months and I can honestly say what a difference it’s made. Not only physically but mentally also. 
All classes are well organised, at an easy to understand pace & with varying positions accounted for to ensure all levels of skill are covered.
