Yoga is for everyone. You don't need to be an expert or at the peak of physical fitness to practice.
Practicing yoga improves the working of all systems of the body. Along with making the body strong and flexible, yoga improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems, alongside emotional stability and clarity of the mind.
I teach Ashtanga inspired yoga/Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, (breath work) and Meditation.
